Payment
⦁ We accept cash, check, VISA and MasterCard. We are unable to hold unpaid reservations. Six Points Theater does not offer compensation for missed performances or refunds on ticket purchases.
⦁ Six Points Theater maintains a policy of not cancelling performances due to inclement weather or other conditions.
Exchanges
⦁ All sales are final. However, tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same show with no additional fee for subscribers. Exchanges will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled performance. Tickets may not be exchanged after the original performance.
⦁ All ticket exchanges must be made by calling the office 651-631-9295. The box office is open 1pm-5pm Monday - Friday and 2-hours prior to every performance. If you reach the Box Office voicemail, please leave a message with all the necessary information, and we will call you back to complete the exchange.
⦁ If you move to a performance with a different ticket price than the original date, you will be responsible for the difference (if any) between the two prices. Refunds are not given when exchanging to a less expensive performance.
⦁ If a subscriber wants to let someone else use their ticket, the subscriber themselves must call to provide the details of the exchange, including the date of the performance and the name of the new person using the ticket.
