Theater

Survivors, a play by Wendy Kout portraying the true stories of Holocaust survivors, runs January 23-26 at Highland Park Community Center, 1978 Ford Pkwy.


The Six Points Theater production will include panel discussions after each performance.


After the show at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, January 23, Augsburg University Professor Andrew Aoki, Macalester College Professor Duchess Harris and attorney Brad Lehrman are scheduled to speak about “The Rise of Racism.”


After the performance at 10:30 a.m. Friday, January 24, Ellen Kennedy, executive director of World Without Genocide, and actors will discuss “Stories of the Holocaust and Genocide.”


After the performance at 1 p.m. Sunday, January 26, the Reverend John Matthews and Rabbi Barry Cytron plan to talk about “Christian Nationalism and Anti-Semitism.”


General admission tickets are $35, including a fee, with student and artist rush tickets available for $17, including fees. Visit sixpointstheater.org.
